Haven’t you felt like every time you make a New Year resolution you end up doing everything else BUT that one you really wished for? One of my New Year resolutions for this year is to get fit, eat healthy, and do a lot of exercise. This also was one of my resolutions last year, and the year before that. And the only exercise I’m getting is the walk to the car.
I was telling my friend this first world problem I’m facing, she told me to start exercising and to get on with it. My answer was “No no, I don’t like exercising you see, I just like the idea of it.†and that was that. Seriously though something needs to be done, I’m starting to walk like a penguin. I did do a bit of exercising when Virginia, Hattie and I visited this place:

Anyhow, I’ve been trying to look for a technician the other day, but it was so hard finding one. And then the day after I was looking for a good tailor shop, there were over 500 shops lined up so I decided not to go door to door looking for the best one. Wouldn’t it be awesome if Fujairah had a directory with all company profiles? Would make life a whole lot easier wouldn’t it! Like I would just search for “tailors†and I get a list of all the tailors, look through their profiles, see the kind of work that they do, and save their phone numbers - instead of me going door to door looking for the best one.
I believe there is something like that made especially for Fujairah and the East Coast region, called “fujtownâ€, check it out at www.fujtown.com - it’s so convenient to have something like this here, we really needed it! All companies should sign up, you’ll get more customers your way - guaranteed! It’s a great initiative to have for the Fujariah people - it makes life much easier. This is the 21st century, surely any information should be a simple click away.

If you own a business, any business, whether it’s shipping, oil, restaurants, hotels, salons, tailors, or anything really - go check them out. Trust me, if you don’t want to spend thousands of dirhams on advertising, fujtown.com is your place to go! It’s the talk of the town.
